Constantine D. Vasilios & Associates, Ltd. planned the home with precision and care, taking the unique historical components of the existing interior into consideration. First moldings were measured, documented, removed, and delivered for restoration at the shop. The house was systematically dismantled in the interior. Floors, ceilings, and walls were leveled. All the historic components were subsequently placed back piece by piece. Purchased period pieces weaved into a complete integrated designed interior. The final design revealed a true feeling of home. Since that time the house has been featured on HG-TV, Hollywood chose it as a backdrop for a movie, and is a popular stop on the Logan Boulevard house walk. More importantly, it has fulfilled the dreams, memories, and imagination for the owners. The client described the completed work as ‘simply amazing’.
